The Problem:
Bixal is a rapidly growing small business in the government consulting space. In a span of two years, they went from ~70 employees to ~150 which made it much more difficult to conduct annual performance reviews.
Goals & Objectives:
ViAtlas is an internal Human Resources software developed by Bixal to carry out our employee performance evaluation called the Performance Enrichment Process (PEP). I was brought on to help redesign an existing site in preparation for future performance reviews.
Outcomes:
In December 2020, we officially launched our application and collected Team Member and Project Manager evaluations for Bixal's 150+ employees. We also recorded an 86% increase in self-reported satisfaction scores during our Post-PEP survey. Start Date: August 2020 and Launched December 2020
Current State of Project: Viatlas is currently under a REBRAND and REFRESH including a new set of colors, typography, brand imaging, brand messaging, logo and UI structure.
Team: 9 People including 4 developers, 1 product manager, 1 project manager 1 UI designer, 1 UX Designer , and 1 copy writers.
*I am not able to show a demo of the final site due to confidentiality reasons.
